The FATBoy™ has tweed-style circuitry with a 1×12” speaker. The cabinet looks like a late 1950’s Tweed Deluxe, but with a nice amber-tinted and lacquered tweed cloth. This amp is cathode-biased; no re-biasing is needed when you change the tubes. The amplifier uses a matched pair of 6V6 power tubes and a 5AR4 rectifier. Power output is 22 watts. Either pair of power tubes can be run with either rectifier. Power output variable from 10, 15, 18 or 25 watts depending on the power tube/rectifier combination you’ve utilized.
